Taking Advantage of Early Spring Plantings and Pricing.

 

We had landscaped this home last year. We completed the landscape in the hot summer months. Do to the extreme heat and new sod we elected not to plant these tree’s because often times the watering of new sod will drowned new tree’s in summer months. The covenants of the neighborhood required these Chanticleer Pears to be planted in the park strip which in this landscape was not a planting bed area meaning they will be watered with the grass.  Chanticleer Pears are one of the tree’s involved in our spring specials. We were able to offer larger more mature tree’s at the same price of smaller tree’s last year. The home owner will be able to enjoy the awesomely white spring blossoms, dark green leafs of the summer and, bright red leafs in the fall. When this tree matures in will be about 30-35 feet tall and 10-15 feet wide. It is very commonly planted in park strips or tight spaces. Early Spring Planting

 

This is Green Vase Zelkova. Its a fast growing vase shaped shade tree. The dark green leaves will turn a bright orange in the fall. When it matures it will be about 45 feet tall and 30 feet wide. This tree was planted early spring before it had leafed out. Early spring plantings like this provide a unique opportunity to plant with virtually no stress to the tree. When the spring temps warm up and the sap flows this tree will perform normally. Notice the tree stakes and ring which are an absolute must to protect your new tree. This is a 2.5 inch BB tree. Its very large and heavy tree that requires equipment to transport and plant safely and properly. So why not buy this tree in a smaller size and plant it your self? This spring we are able to offer you larger tree’s like this one at the same price as several size’s smaller. The size difference represents years of growth. Delivery cost’s are the same on any size of tree. You are able to enjoy larger more mature tree’s instantly. Really the only difference in price of a larger tree like this and a smaller one is the cost of labor.
